Calling All Children!

Here at the Woods we offer Children’s Church during our 11:00 a.m. worship service. The children, ages 3 years and up, initially go into the Sanctuary with their families. They will then be dismissed from the sanctuary, and the adult workers will escort the children to the Open Door classroom #218 B. The children may be picked up in that room at the conclusion of the worship service.

During Children’s Church we offer singing, a Bible lesson, collection of offering, a craft that relates to the lesson, activities, and a light snack. There will be two Ministry Safe adults with the children at all times. On the first Sunday of each month we will also serve communion to the children.

A Spring Prayer

May God give you…
For every storm, a rainbow,
For every tear, a smile,
For every care, a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.

For every problem life sends,
A faithful friend to share,
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.
